  Welcome to Private Projects, a bidding service provided by The Builders Exchange of Tennessee.

General Contractors, Construction Managers, Architects, and Engineers may use this service to post any private, negotiated, or public projects and limit access to subcontractors and suppliers by providing access codes to their select group of bidders.

Subcontractors and suppliers may use this service to gain access to project information (plans, specifications and addenda) even if they are not a member of The Builders Exchange of Tennessee.

NOTE: You must have a specific project code in order to access project information. Codes are provided by the general contractor, construction manager, architect or engineer who has asked you to bid a project.

Existing KBE PowerBid Users: BXTN members with an existing PowerBid subscription can log in immediately with your PowerBid username and password. DO NOT ENTER YOUR PROJECT KEY CODE IN THE PASSWORD FIELD! You will be asked for it after you login to unlock access to that particular project.
  Non-Members and Non-PowerBid Subscribers: Non-Members and Current BXTN Members that do not subscribe to PowerBid may obtain access after registering for this service (at no charge) by clicking the 'Non-Subscriber Registration' button to the left.

FastBid Viewer is required to view project plans.

Adobe Acrobat Reader 6 is recommended to view project specifications and addenda.
